Lead Designer at Minimal for the XBOX 360 "Slim" console, a collaboration with the XBOX team to help create a new gaming experience, reinforce and advance the XBOX brand, and establish a design language for Kinect.
Minimal was also asked to design the hardware for Kinect, a breakthrough new natural user interface that eliminates the need for a gaming controller by tracking the player's entire body to control the gaming experience.
Day to day work on Kinect was handled by a coworker at Minimal, but working on both products together allowed us to maintain tight design language continuity and firmly establish the look and feel of a new generation of XBOX hardware.
